Rubber Repair Adhesives
Product Description:
Two-component, polyurethane glue, 3-5 minutes fast curing.
Cures into an elastic rubber body at room temperature, and has high adhesion strength with rubber, canvas, metal, etc.
It has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent toughness and impact resistance.
It is suitable for the repair and pre-protection coating of rubber, cable, rubber roller, impeller, conveying trough, etc.
Self-flowing, high viscosity and high strength. It is used for the repair of mouth seams, glass holes, burrs and longitudinal tears of various rubber conveyor belts.

Product Use:
1. Surface treatment: use an angle grinder or wire wheel to beat the repaired place and its surroundings,
And remove the dandruff. If the belt is damaged or torn longitudinally, the groove needs to be cut, and the leakage on the back should be covered with tape paper.
2. Cleaning: Clean the surface to be repaired with HY755 high-efficiency cleaning agent or acetone, cool and dry.
3. Glue repair: Mix A and B components at one time (or according to the ratio of A:B = 3:1), fully stir I ~ 2 minutes to make it completely mixed, and then pour it into the place to be repaired or brush it on the pre-protected place, and smooth it.
4. Curing: At 25°C, it will become an elastomer in 1 hour, and it can be used on the machine.
Precautions：
1. Keep the container tightly sealed before mixing, and once opened, use it up as soon as possible.
2. The prepared repair agent is used up within 2 minutes.
3. Sealed and stored in a cool and dry place, with a shelf life of one year.
