Product Use:

Joint preparation:1. Use a tool to tighten the tape and fix it. As shown in the figure, draw the lap length, bevel cut, lap step on the tape. Pay attention to the direction of travel! Tape lap length L = tape width × 0.6~0.8, bevel cut section = tape width ×0.3.

2. Use a cutting knife and a layering driver to cut the tape into a stepped type in layers. Do not injure the lower layer of braid when cutting each layer. The edges of the tape should be cut flat with each layer of braid.

3. Carefully hairshoot and dry the joint surface. Do not damage the braid when beating the bristles, brush the dandruff.

4. After making the two joints, they should be overlapped together to check their dimensional accuracy. There must be no gaps between the steps.

Bonding process:1. According to the ratio of A:B=10:1, mix well and use up within 2 hours.

2. Use a short, stiff brush to brush the mixed glue twice on the joint surface evenly. 3 layers of glue must be applied to the coarse mesh braid. After brushing, the glue should be dry so that it no longer adheres to the back of the finger.

3. After the coating surface is dry, the two joints are aligned and glued. Roll at the joint with a pressure roller to guarantee 100% compaction.

4. The adhesive tape should be allowed to stand for 30 minutes before tensioning.

5. The two joint seams are best sealed with HY988 rubber repair agent.

Precautions:

1. Avoid construction in low temperature and humid environment below 15 °C and humidity greater than 90%.

2. Packing: 1000g/set, stored in a low temperature dry place, shelf life of 18 months.
