u Features and Uses
This product is a one-component modified silicone material, which does not contain solvents, no isocyanates, anti-pollution after curing, green environmental protection, and has excellent heat resistance and anti-aging ability. This product meets the environmental protection requirements of GB 33372-2020 "Limit of Volatile Organic Compounds in Adhesives", and meets the environmental protection standards of EU ROHS and REACH. In order to meet the requirements of deep curing, a 1:1 two-component adhesive can be produced.
u Typical Applications
938Paste: Thixotropic paste, used for sealing and bonding LED lamps, electronic components, and electromechanical components.
938Half Flowing: Semi-flowing, used for sealing and bonding of LED lamps and electronic components.
938Flow: Self-leveling, used for potting LED lamps, electronic components, and electromechanical components.
u Operation process
1. The bonding surface should be free of oil stains, dust, impurities, etc.;
2. Cut the sizing nozzle into the required size and shape according to the process requirements;
3. Cut off the sealant seal, install the glue nozzle, and put it into the glue gun;
4. Apply the sealant evenly to the seams, and the thinnest part is greater than 1mm; When using a pneumatic gun, the air pressure is controlled at 0.2~0.4Mpa.
5. The product can be trimmed by traditional methods after the surface is dried to remove the excess glue.
u Notes
1. Avoid construction in an environment below 5°C and less than 20% humidity;
2. It is strictly forbidden for the pneumatic pressure to exceed 0.5Mpa, and the gas will enter the rigid packaging tube when it is exceeded, and the problem of colloidal bubbles will appear;
3. Since the high solvent content of the coating can cause the surface of the gel to soften, in order to obtain the best appearance and performance, the gel is cured for 24 hours and then colored;
4. Store in a cool and dry place with a sealed storage period of 6 months. After expiration, it can still be used after passing the inspection.
