Product Description:
Qinglongda fire prevention and extinguishing material is a non-polymer safety product developed to prevent and control the spontaneous combustion of coal in mines. The product is composed of A and B component liquids, which can be quickly foamed and expanded and solidified after being mixed with a volume ratio of 1:1 by pneumatic grouting pump during use, and the whole process is a normal temperature reaction without generating heat. While achieving the performance of polymer materials, it fundamentally solves the shortcomings of heat release and heat accumulation in the reaction process of polymer materials, and eliminates potential safety hazards in product use.
The product is an emulsified foam after mixing foaming, the initial viscosity is low, it has excellent diffusion and penetration performance after being injected into the hollow or goaf of the broken coal rock mass, with the solidification of the material, it shows good adhesion and stackability, and the foam body generated after the final curing has a certain pressure-bearing ability, which can form a dense consolidated body with the coal and rock mass, enrich the hollow or goaf, and the foam body contains a certain amount of water, and has excellent plugging performance and endothermic cooling performance.

Main application scope and purpose:
(1) Filling and sealing of air leakage channels in the old empty areas of the upper and lower corners;
(2) Filling and sealing of air leakage channels between workface frames and shallow goaf behind frames;
(3) Filling and sealing of abandoned old alleys and closed alleys;
(4) Prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion in local areas such as tunnels and support tops;
(5) Prevention and control of local spontaneous combustion fires in goaf and after scaffolding;
