(2) Components A and B are stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. The package must be tightly sealed and never get wet. It should be stored separately from oxidants and alcohols. When handling, it is necessary to load and unload lightly to prevent damage to the packaging and containers. Equipped with corresponding varieties and quantities of fire-fighting equipment and leakage emergency treatment equipment. Empty containers may leave harmful residues.

(3) According to the transportation of ordinary goods, avoid heat sources during transportation, prohibit sun exposure, and should be ventilated, protected from light and water.

Precautions for use:

(4) The polymer material grouting device that is matched with the product and filed with the safety standard should be used, and the construction should be carried out under the guidance of the manufacturers professionals or trained and qualified personnel, or the construction should be carried out by a professional team, and the construction process should be constructed in strict accordance with the ratio, rate and construction plan specified in the product instruction manual and the amount of construction and construction technology specified in the special safety measures.

(5) The maximum dose of a single well for a single injection shall generally not exceed 1000 kg.

(6) The construction environment temperature of polyurethane materials used for coal mine reinforcement coal and rock mass is 5 °C ~ 35 °C. When the construction environment temperature is lower than 5°C, preheating and insulation measures should be taken for the material. When the working temperature of polyurethane materials used to reinforce coal and rock masses in coal mines is lower than 5°C or higher than 35°C, designers or users need to conduct sufficient tests and verification to determine whether their performance can meet the design and use requirements.

(7) Before construction, the high-pressure water supply pipeline should be extended to the construction site, and equipped with dry powder, CO2 fire extinguishing equipment and necessary materials specified in the emergency disposal method in the product instruction manual.

(8) Before the grouting begins, the surrounding environment must be carefully checked to ensure that there are no flammable materials such as floating coal, wooden stacks, fence sheets, etc., if there is, it must be cleaned up before grouting.

(9) During the grouting process, the construction area must be well ventilated. Warning and safety precautions should be implemented in areas with water inrush hazards.

(10) When there are risk factors such as high temperature and heat damage, poor ventilation, toxic and harmful gas gushing out, rock falling and water inrush hazards in the construction area, control and treatment measures should be taken until a safe working environment is achieved and the requirements of the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" are met.

(11) When the polyurethane material used to reinforce the coal rock mass in the coal mine is used, the parts that are susceptible to being polluted by flying materials outside the working face should be shielded measures. The working place should be selected as a non-waterproof area on the roof, and waterproof treatment should be carried out when the conditions do not allow it to prevent the watering from dripping into the slurry.

(12) In the process of grouting process, a recovery device (or recovery bucket) should be configured for the leaking slurry or the slurry discharged by opening the safety valve.

(13) After use, the packaging barrel should be barreled, and the waste slurry generated during the flushing of the construction pipeline should be barreled and recycled into the well. It is strictly forbidden to discard or dump at will.

(14) The operator should wear labor protection equipment during construction, including rubber gloves, protective glasses, work clothes and rubber shoes. If it accidentally splashes on the eyes or skin, it should be immediately rinsed with water for more than 15 minutes, and the skin should be washed with soapy water, and if necessary, it should be treated in the hospital.

(15) After the end of grouting, the construction site CH4, CO, O2, toxic and harmful substances and temperature changes should continue to be monitored, and the continuous observation time shall not be less than 48 hours, at least once every 20 minutes in the first 24 hours, and at least once every 2 hours in the next 24 hours.

(16) The user shall establish a file for the use of polymer materials, and the time, place (location), scope, name and quantity of materials shall be marked on the plan of the mine mining project.

(17) During the validity period, the polyurethane materials used in the coal mine to reinforce the coal rock mass stored in the user unit for more than 3 months shall be organized by the chief engineer of the mine before each batch is used in the mine, and the test shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the product instruction manual, and the test shall not be used in the well. Test results should be documented and archived.

Health information and safety risks during the use of the product:

During the use of the product, there may be high temperature spontaneous combustion, harmful gas release, and the risk of materials to the skin, eyes, inhalation, ingestion, etc. When using this material, you need to wear goggles, protective gloves, and full-body overalls to prevent the material from entering the body through the skin, eyes, etc. If the inhaled gas is unwell, the person concerned should be transferred to a ventilated place and seek medical attention if necessary.

Emergency response:

(1) During grouting, when grout appears on the grouting eye and the top end face, stop grouting immediately; When there is an abnormal situation such as slag and sheet gang on the end face of the top gang, stop the grouting immediately, and observe it for no less than 6 hours and then grouting after there is no abnormality; Generally, the continuous grouting time of each hole should not exceed 60 minutes. Simultaneous grouting of multiple holes should be avoided.

(2) Set up a special person to monitor CH4, CO, O2 and temperature changes at any time, and stop all operations in the working face immediately when the coal temperature and CO are abnormal, and deal with them in a timely manner in accordance with the emergency plan formulated in advance. During the construction process, cyanide, chloride, formaldehyde and other toxic and harmful substances that endanger the safety and health of personnel may be released or produced

Take appropriate monitoring, protection and emergency response measures.

(6) Inhalation: Quickly get out of the scene and go to a place with fresh air. Keep your airways open. If you have difficulty breathing, give oxygen. If breathing stops, immediately give artificial respiration and seek medical attention.

(7) Ingestion: gargle with water, induce vomiting, and seek medical attention.

 

(8) If there is a leakage of component A, it should be slowly poured or rinsed with water. If there is a leakage of component B, dry sand and dry soil should be covered and absorbed, and after the dry sand and dry soil are cleaned, then rinsed with water.

The expiration date, failure identification and inspection method of the product:

Product expiration date: 6 months. The material should be used up within 6 months of production.

It can also be mixed and reacted according to the ratio specified in this product, and if it can be solidified, it will be treated as ordinary solid waste; If it cannot be effectively cured, cement, lime and other cementing materials are added to complete the curing of the failed product, and the cured product is treated as ordinary solid waste.
